I had a black barred PR that had what I'm pretty sure was wry neck about 6 months ago. I separated her from the flock in the garage I a large dog crate with food and water. She was so bad that she couldn't even stand without falling over. We gave her electrolytes with her water and every kind of fresh produce you can imagine as well as layer crumbles. She took about a month to be able to stand and now she's A-OK with no signs of problems at all. After all was said and done, she got renamed Ilene.
