Solved Won't let me reset password

My older sister reset my password because of an argument. And when I tried to make it back to normal it did this

I really do want it and need to because she changed it without consent. I'm pretty sure she used up my 1 time allowance but I'm BEGGING for 1 more chance because I need BYC for help and I want to help others as well. It's such a useful platform and without it I wouldn't know the cures for diseases my chickens and ducks got. So please @casportpony PLEASE let me change it one more time.

Make sure your email address is setup properly.then you can open an incognito browser window where you'll be logged out,and request a forgotten password reset.

You'll get an email with a link to set your password.

Alright the problem is solved! Me and my sister had a talk and she decided to do tell me the password she made so I could change it
