Woo Hoo I got an egg

Just wanted to share after the long wait of 4 weeks?? I finally have 1 egg. now what to do with it? eat it? save it? mount it? Is it true that you shouldnt try to hatch the first couple weeks of new egg layers?

I do not reccomend it because sometimes they do not have a yolk or white. They can also be too small or they can be unfertile because of a young rooster with the hens.
