I don't usually respond to pictures, but yours are beautiful. My, similar in breed chicks, are now 4 months old. I'd forgotten how small they were in the beginning.

I wished I had gotten a pic of my kids in their MPC shipping box, but when I raised the lid, half of them started jumping out and I had make a mad scramble to get them into the brooder.

cambriagardener~ thank you! I knew they were going to be small but I guess I never realize how small until I got them. My first baby chicks.

juliect~ I thought is was going to be a gamble when I took that pic. I wanted me to be the first thing they saw when I opened the box so I opened the box and they were all laying down with there faces down so I snapoped the pic and moved the camera out of the way. As you can see there heads are all about to look up in the pic. It all worked out. They all sat in the box and I lifted them out one at a time with no problem.

We just got an order of 25 RIR pullet chicks from MPC as well, they came about an hour ago. They are so cute!
