wood duck incubation

I'm new to the site and need help with my wood duck eggs. I incubated 3 abandoned wood duck eggs. 2 have hatched, the first one was Monday morning and the second hatched yesterday morning. The last egg has movement inside but no pipping. The air sack at top has taken up half the egg. Should I open it up? I feel that the duck is running out of resources and is to weak to hatch itself. I think it needs help soon, it is day 30.
