One of my customer ,he have a Ebay store sale all the chicken coops i product.

Now he is developing the USA market ,door to door service will be true in future two or tree months.

I think that will be your biggest challange in this market. I build coops for people an usually it is because they do not have the tools or know how to do it themselves. In most cases these customers will not be able to assemble them themselves.

I worked for several years for a retailer assembling wood products that where made in china. None of it is ever easy and sometimes it is so poorly constructed that parts get broken in the assembly process. They always assembled everything before it left the store because they got tired of getting returns on opened, unassembled products that the customer was unable to assemble.

You may want to try and find a retail outlet to sell the coops so that they can assemble for the customer.
