What you are looking at above is the 6' x 10' version of Woods house. There is a reference to the plans for the 6'x 10' version in this thread.......back around page 3 or 4.

I built an 8' x 12' version and it seems to work very well.....so yes, it can be downsized with success.

On my thread, I mention a lot of the parameters/ratios/proportions used so as to enable a person to have success building one.

It would also help to have Wood's book, so as to read and review his comments. It helps to understand the concepts so you can modify it accordingly.

Hi,
Does anyne know hwo to downsize a woods coop from te 10 x 16 original size to asmaller size like 10x14 or so that still make the physics of the ventelatiion work? I need 150 or smaller because I have limit of 150 sq. ft. or I need a building permit.

How many birds you putting in there? I see you have put the nestboxes on the back wall. Usually, in a Woods, they go along one of the side walls. Where are the roosts going to be?

In front of the nestboxes? On the same level as the boxes? The chickens might just hop into the boxes at night to roost. That could be a mess.

Excellent coop build!!!! Very impressive! Hope you plan to block off the space under the coop....
