Woods on Wheels- update- *added more photos**

Thanks, I am REALLY glad I went with this design.

Here is a photo of the addition of nest boxes. You can see two girls in there hard at work.

Wow this is fantastic! Looks great to! So glad to see at the end of the thread you painted it! Who would have thought you could build a coop in a trailer and not make it look like a huge eye sore, looks great and love the paint color to!

So 2 and a half years in, here's what I would change...

Nothing with the coop, it's been fabulous. :love

I would change the run so that I would have fencing around the bottom of the coop so they could go under there without me having to open the run door. I would have made the run more easily detachable instead of built into the end of the coop. Then I could build another run and park it over there and switch off to help the grass grow a bit. It doesn't matter too much though, because now the chickens are on the range most of the time anyway.

And how would I do that if I want to fence in around the bottom? I guess it doesn't matter, I'm just thinking.

The run would have been enclosed with all hardware cloth (rather than half hrdwr cloth and upper half 2x4 wire). to keep out rodents.
