I can't believe it. I went out to the coop this morning and lo and behold there was a little brown egg waiting for me. The best part is that she even managed to lay her first egg in the nest box where they belong. I am pretty sure it is my black sex-link because she is the only one sqautting. They are all only 18 weeks old, but i could tell from her combs and wattles that she was getting close. I am so proud of her. Now if we can just get the other eight on board.
