WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW IM SO MAD RIGHT NOW!

I love reading about all the home remedies. If I lived in Vermont or Alaska or anywhere that's not a hot, muggy lowland, I'd use them. As it stands, I haven't found any home remedies for fleas, worms, lice or any kind of parasite that works in GA in the spring, summer or fall.

Hey folks,, I hate to be the harbinger of doom here,, but if your dog got fleas that fast you'd better check yourselves out too and any kids. We had a coach who had a flea infested apt. and she brought them to work with her and I ended up at the DRs. with flea bites!

Seriously?! That's awesome. We're always looking at natural ways to treat. When they get to their nose, then what? Pick them off and drown them? (The fleas, not the dog!

Ugh! We had dogs about 8 years ago and had a flea problem just one summer. The Zodiac products work really well. I put down the powder all over the house and on mattresses and floors and steps. You have to do a treatment a week later I think to get the eggs that hatched but we never had a problem again. We also use Revolution that you put between the dogs shoulder blades for our almost year old poodle and have not had fleas as all this year. It is also good for ear mites, heartworm, sarcoptic mange, ticks and fleas. It is prescription only but i get my prescription from my vet and order from Drs. Foster and Smith online. It is about half the price my vet sells it for. $120.00 vs $65.00 for a six month supply! Good luck getting rid of the little beasties!!
