I would rather talk about the second score because I did so much better.

I had mimic and vivid both in my head, but I went with the D&D answer first. Old habits die hard.

Also, screw you NYT. Double I? Bad form.

I was wondering why you would have started with a word like that. Double I indeed. I just happened to catch it out of dumb luck.

I didn't even think of civic or mimic! The only thing that came to my mind was digit or livid and I had already canceled out the L and D for the first letter.
