Worm in standing rain water

I had this container around my chickens but it was on something high they can't reach. It had been sitting collecting rain water for about two weeks and I found this worm today. What is this? Should I be concerned my chickens may have worms? I did worm them a few weeks ago already.

What is this?

It looks like a standard worn that comes out of the ground when it rains.. those that get caught in a puddle and can't get out will drown..

I feed them to my chickens (or toss back into the yard).. though some folks don't because they can be a secondary host which may transmit other species to your chickens IF they're carrying them.. My birds have access anyways.. and I expect eat everyone they come across.
