Worm, Parasite, Larvae??? What is this?? Please Help!

I found this in my chickens coop while I was cleaning it out. Does anyone know what this is?

Looks like a maggot.

Could have just been from flies laying eggs in the poop, but it would be wise to check all your chicken's bottoms just to make sure there's no maggots on poopy feathers.

Yeah, I would check also, flystrike is not fun! As Wyorp Rock has seen...twice atleast.

The more I am searching online of what this is, it looks more and more like a maggot. I'll definitely look at their bottoms and I have also put some apple cider vinegar in their water to help... we've done this when treating roundworm and it worked, so hopefully it helps!

Yeah, ACV doesnt work. May want to deworm your flock now...with a dewormer.
