worming chickens need help

Hopefully someone will answer this because I am wondering the same thing right now.

I gave them wazine for one day because some of the poops looked a little foamy sometimes.

Now, one of my hens looks funny and breaths a little heavy and sometimes has liquid from her mouth. Just a little to make it look wet and when I mess with her it looks a little foamy. What is that too?

"Foamy" droppings would not indicate a worm infestation. Any wormer is a poison, that's why the worms die. Giving any bird or animal a poison without knowing that you are in fact are treating worms & what kind of worms is, IMHO, poor husbandry. This also applies to antibiotics and other medications: if you don't know what you're treating don't treat until you do. Wazine is effective on roundworms, it's not a broad spectrum wormer. Without knowing what kind of worms you're treating for Wazine may or may not be the right choice.

I have read mixed feelings about wormers on this forum. Some people say you should worm somewhat regularly, others say its not really necessary unless you know specifically your birds have worms. It is hard to tell which worms they may have exactly without taking the poo in to the vet, but it sounded like other people thought Wazine was not too bad. I examined the poop on a website that showed different kinds of good poop vs. wormy poop. It is still very difficult to tell the difference between the wormy poo and the cecum poo. I figured giving her wazine was better than giving her nothing. Can you recommend an herbal wormer that is not a chemical? I would much prefer to give them that since we eat their eggs. But, what about the questions. How long does it take to cure them if they have worms treated by wazine, and what would cause foaming mouth?
