Hi! Just wondering if I should worm my hens a few times a year as a preventative? If so, what should I use? Thanks.

    Hi and welcome to BYC!
If you do a search here on BYC, using the keyword 'worming' you'll see a variety of opinions on the subject.
Some folks never worm, others only when they see worms in the stools; still others only after a positive fecal float performed by their vet.
I chose to worm once a year, as a preventive. However, my chickens appear to be in such good condition that I'm debating whether I am going to do it this year.
Like I said, there are pros and cons and lots of opinions out there.
