Worming just one hen

I have one hen with a poopy butt if she needs to be wormed can I do just her she is the only one and my ladies have just gotten through molt and are starting to lay again they were just wormed at the beginning of winter.

Poopy butt does not always mean worms. It’s best to do a fecal float test to be sure, and if positive you would want to worm your whole flock. If one bird has then, they probably all do.
 
Aapomp831 is correct. Some of my birds get poopy butt and I guarantee you they dont have worms. I worm birds monthly.
When it's warm outside, use a sprayer on a garden hose to wash off their nasty butt, then release the bird to go on her way. In cold temps, you'll need a container of warm water to clean her rear end and pat dry with an old rag or use a hair dryer.
Worm your birds at the beginning of spring. Springtime is worm time.
