Worming with safeguard in water

When working with safeguard at3cc/gallon for three days and retreating 10 days later, for the retreat, how many days do you medicate the water, 1 or 3?

Putting safeguard in water doesnt work, been there. Dose each standard size bird 1/2cc orally undiluted 5 days straight, 1/4cc for smaller birds. No need for a follow up worming 10 days later.

x2 When you put in their water, how do you know if each bird is getting the correct dose to do the job? If they only drink relatively small amounts each time at the waterer, and some drink more than others, the dosage for each individual chicken is all messed up and it's hard to know if any of them are getting an effective amount. Just my thoughts......
