Worms in chicken poop

About 2 weeks ago one of our Wyandottes had diahrea and was lethargic. We treated the whole flock (10 hens) with Wazine and also poultry dust. A few days later she was back to normal. Today it rained a lot and I noticed a lot of these worms in one of the droppings. I checked around of some of the others and didn't see any. I also did some google searches and didn't find any of the common worms look like this. To me they look like maggots but why would there be so many in one poo and all dead? Should I be concerned?
