Worms in dropping *pics

Greetings!
I was cleaning the coop yesterday and noticed a stringy appearance in droppings, looks like a worm. Today I let my hens out (10 months old) to free range and I saw one pooping and I was temped to check it out, and there they were. I'm not sure is this the same type of parasite in photos or different. I contacted the only vet for birds in my country (Montenegro) he told me that they don't do fecal tests atm. and that he knows what it might me so I should go get the medicine. I'm gonna show him these photos as well just wanted to know what you guys think what these might be and is this the same parasite?

Those are tapeworms - need to be treated immediately, not sure if Safeguard will work on those or just roundworms....

My vet mentioned some medicine that starts with P. can't remember the name... Is it hard to get rid off of them? Once they finish their course of medicine I suppose these stay in the soil so do they reinfect my hens right after they finish the course or?

Tapeworms. Give your girls diatomaceous earth and apple cider vinegar and garlic and pumpkin/squash seeds. I have never used any medicine on my chickens DE, ACV and pumpkin seeds work perfectly every time.

Praziquantel will get rid of tapeworms. The host for tapeworms are insects. That said, not all insects are infected with tapeworm eggs. Try and control the insect population as best as you can. Chickens can be reinfected.

Thank you Dawg! Do I have to collect and remove droppings couple of times a day or it doesn't make a big change either way?
