Worms in poop after Ivermectin?

Update: I tried to give them the worm gel and they didn't drink any of it. At all (mixed with water)

Did you use it for 2 days in the water? I have used it a couple of times in the past. It has an orange odor. It is also a little difficult to mix in the water.

I had it out for one day. They didn't drink anything all day. Nothing. I think the flavor is off-putting for them and the color.
