let me start by saying that this would be difficult for even a vet to treat, so don't second guess yourself, you did all you could.I’ve tried researching how to treat it. How do I treat flystrike?

Flystrike in that area would be like a newborn human baby with maggots in it's belly button.
I'm not a vet, nor do I have any medical training, but I think the best way to treat it would be to remove all maggots and flush the area with saline and chlorhexidine. If maggots had breached the abdominal wall, then one would probably have to remove the yolk sack and flush the the abdominal cavity. Antibiotics would also be needed for either case.
You still have one that's alive? If so, can you post pictures of it's belly button?
