Worms? Which type and how to treat?

Actually, I think those are tapeworm. Whole different ballgame. I will link to another member who is very good with worming questions, who can weigh in and agree or disagree with me. @dawg53
For those you will need something with praziquantel. You can get it in Equimax horse paste or Zimectrin Gold horse paste. Dosing info for both is here, post #6, (Equimax is a little more cost effective):

Thank you so much for your feedback and advice!

They are actual excreted tapeworm strands. Most likely the chicken that excreted the strands have more of them internally.
I strongly recommend dosing the infected bird with Equimax or Zimecterin Gold equine pastes as mentioned by @coach723 and
if you see tapeworm segments or actual strands excreted in any of your other birds, treat them with either Equimax or Z-Gold.
Thank you so much! You were very helpful.

Valbazen (Albendazole) is also a broad spectrum wormer. I keep a bottle on hand for any suspected worms, especially if I see dirty vent feathers. I worm all my girls at the same time. This is treat 2x, 10-14 days apart. No withdrawal period. Dosage is .8 ml per pound.

Thank you so much for your feedback. All of this information has been so helpful and now I am understanding these topics better. Also with the deworming medications, it seems it is very limited for chickens (at least for tapeworms). It seems we have to treat with products that are used for other livestock. This has made me way more aware of what's out there. The chickens are doing well and the droppings have significantly changed and are formed and back to normal. The only one I have my eye on is the rooster. His is coming back slowly, but improved in the past few days.

Think the decimal is in the wrong place.

Correct dosing for Valbazen is 0.08 ml per pound of weight.
It will not treat Tapeworms which is what the OP is aiming to treat.

For Tapeworms, use Praziquantel as suggested in Post#5, Post#7, and Post#10.

Thank you and definitely keeping all of these in mind. Do you just administer using syringe or mix it with water or put in food etc?

12 days ago I measured out equimax using a syringe and then put the dose on a BFL worm. My girl who is 10 months old took it just fine and then 3 days ago her egg color was very pale and she hasn’t laid since, anyone else experience anything like that with equimax?

Do you have photos of your pullet?
Did you see Tapeworms in her poop?

Egg color is a pigment applied in the shell gland. The amount of pigment produced can vary and be affected by feed, drugs, overall health of the bird.

If she has a heavy infestation of Tapeworms, this could possibly affect the quality of eggs and/or pigment. When a bird is close to the end of a laying cycle and is entering molt, pigment coloration can be lessened also.

Possible the medication could affect pigment(?), I've never encountered that personally.

I do know that if I were treating for Tapeworms, I'd finish the course of treatment, so the follow up dosing of Praziquantel in 10-14 days would be what I'd do.

I've used Equimax and Zimecterin Gold for tapeworms and never saw color changes with egg shells.
However, color changes are viable as @Wyorp Rock stated. Keep in mind that during autumn and winter there is loss of sunlight which causes hens to slow or stop laying eggs altogether. Also that's when birds normally go into molt.
