My hen has been dropping watery poop for last 2 weeks. She doesn't walk around too much and losses appetite for chicken feeds and rice, but drinks a lot of water and still goes crazy for meal worm treats . Some spots of her comb also appear to be darker than usual.

She is about 4 years old, and has stopped laying eggs since 5 months ago. I have attached pics of her poop. Not sure she has worms or egg bound.

Hi @happy_chicks :frow Welcome To BYC
Where are you located in the world (state/country)?
You mention that she drinks a lot of water - check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks, the crop should be empty. If it's not empty then let us know and we will try to help you with that (see the 2 links below).
Her age along with her stopping laying eggs around 5mo ago, feel her abdomen for any bloat/swelling or feeling of fluid. It's not uncommon for older hens to begin having reproductive problems like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, cancer, tumors, Internal Laying, etc.

If you think she may have worms - getting a fecal float is a good idea. The poop has a lot of urates but the green is probably from not eating well.

I agree with Wyorp Rock.If you cannot get a fecal test by a vet, SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer is good and safe to use and found at most feed stores. Dosage is 1/4 ml per pound—about 1.25 ml orally for a 5 pound hen, given once and again in 10 days to treat roundworms and cecal worms. For more serious worms such as capillary or gapeworms, give it for 5 straight days.

At her age she may have a reproductive disorder since she is not laying anymore. Those may cause runny droppings, poor appetite, crop problems, and being less active.

Thanks Wyorp Rock.
I am from bay area, California.

Today she didn't drink much water. Her crop is empty in the morning. She always has a fat abdomen, so I can't really tell if it is bloat/swelling.

Today I gave her cooked rice and she seemed to like it and ate quite a lot (I used to give her uncooked rice for treat).

After eating she went to a shade spot resting

I gave her warm bath, she seemed to get worse after that, but she was still eating rice.

After eating she just kept standing sometimes closed her eyes, it probably was a bad idea to give her a warm bath.

Thanks Eggcessive. I have ordered SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer and it will get here next Monday. Hope she will be able to survive by then.

I'm sorry that's she's still not doing well.

Your video links are not working, so if you want to try again, that would be good.
Thanks. The videos should be working now.
Today she is a little better, her comb is not as dark as yesterday. This morning I gave her tiny bit human multivitamins. I mixed water with feeds and she ate some of it. I also gave her some cooked rice, some water rinsed can tuna, she likes it.
Her droppings are stickier but still there are a lot of white and green stuff.

I just found out Golden Comet's lifespan is less than 4-5 years :( I think her time almost comes to an end. But my other Golden Comet (at the same age) is still very active and laying about 3 eggs a week. I just wish she can last longer so they can pass away around the same time ( since they laid their first eggs at the same minute), so the other one won't be too lonely.
