Worms!!!

Check around her vent really well for maggots. Come back here and let us know what you find.

I looked and I saw a lot of wiggeling were fixing to bring her in and go to work im in tears my nerves are shot
You need to try to calm down.
Soak her in warm water and swish away at the injured area where the maggots are.
After about 10 minutes, take her out and rinse her off. Towel her then one of you hold her while the other uses tweezers to remove every last maggot you can find. Look carefully. Spray the area with Vetericyn or equivalent or just apply antibiotic ointment.
Then set her up in a crate in the house with food and water. Repeat the soak and maggot picking again tomorrow.

my hen has lately had an issue with things not passing through her system through poop I took her to the vet about a week and half ago for that. shes had a runny poop ive washed her but I cant keep her bottom clean constantly, so that's the reason for the maggots im sure. theres no wound so im hoping they are just on the outside of her vent and this will be easy on her and us.
