Worms

Could someone please tell me what kind of worms these are? I used safeguard and thought I had the problem SOLVED. I decided to do one more round 5 weeks later but switch to Ivermectin 5% pour on to make sure they were all gone. I used .25 ML for my larger orpingtons on Friday. Today this is what I found! Now I am wondering if I should do another round of Ivermectin in 7 to 10 days. Thanks in advance!
I'm sorry... I should have been more specific with my first post when I asked if you could get more pictures of the white things.
This circled white thing is what I was talking about and what I was wondering if it could have been a piece of a tapeworm.

Look at the pictures here:

If you could get a picture of some droppings just passed that didn’t have other material mixed in it would help. Do you see anything in the poops moving? Roundworms which are like skinny spaghetti and tapeworms or tape segments are about the only worms that can be seen without a microscope. Tapeworm segments will be moving usually.
