Wormy chicken poop compost

I had been putting my chicken poop (along with other things) in my compost pile. I have found out that the chickens have round worms and cappilariea worms- should I dump the compost or will it be safe to use eventually? It is a slow pile and not particularly hot.

I would add some carbon to the nitrogen and heat that pile up just to be safe. Plus is make nice compost much faster and kills more weed seeds!
