We'll my phone was messing up so do I get the bottle that has the yellow label on it that says valbazen and half CC pure down throat

That's what I would get. Dosing should be done by weight... 0.08 cc per pound orally and repeat in ten days. An average sized Rhode Island Red hen would get 0.5 ml (1/2 cc), but a Jersey Giant would get 0.8ml.
