The other chickens will continue to pick on her, be careful because they can get vicious. Since she is a loner she is definitely going to be a target. I would suggest getting her a single mellow buddy who can hang out with her so she has another bird to bond with. It is easier to introduce two birds to a flock than one.
As for the feather loss you should check her for mites or lice, look around her vent and under her wings. You can dust her with Sevin dust, or DE and that will kill any bugs that may be biting her.
What is her diet? Has she been eating and drinking normally? How old is she, and when did she start having problems? I would give her some special treatment. Give her extra protein- scrambled eggs are a good option. The protein will help her grow her feathers back, and improve her growth over all.
I hope she gets better! Good luck!

When she is feeling/looking better, put her back in with the other rock & everyone who doesn't pick on her. I'd pull the reds out & get them their own coop/run.
