Worried about air cell

The egg is about 20 days old now, I know muscovy eggs take longer to hatch, but the air cell still looks like a day1 air cell. I left the humidity on 23% for the night, and I checked back this morning, it's still the same size, what do i do?

Can i just make a hole in the shell when I see its bill in the air cell ?

Im no expert on incubating ducks but someone will come along...and i am 100% sure pictures would help them with your question

The baby inside seems to be developing fine but I'd have to wait until night to get a good picture

yeah there is, you can see the embryo inside, it's moving around when I candle it but the air cell is just really small :/ It's been like this ever since I got it when it was about a week old

Nope, it was found. Rejected by the mom. Maybe for that reason?
