Worried about Broody Hen, please help!

Okay so I've asked this before of other people, about broodies, and they say just wait it out. However, our Australorp Hen has been broody for around 5 months, at least 4. I getting really worried about her health as she keeps getting skinnier. If we take her out of the nest box, she'll stay outside for a few hours, but she always goes back to sit in the box.

I'm not sure but I'd put food and water close or in the box or you can ask how to break the brooding hen

That is a very long time for her to be broody, I would try to break her of it. If you get her out and put her in a wire bottom cage with no bedding for a few days it may break her. Put food and water in with her of course.

Yeah I would say that it is a good idea to break her
