Worried about lackenvelder chick

Two days ago I purchased 2 lackenvelder chicks and 2 leghorns. Sadly last night we lost one of our lackenvelder chicks, and I'm not sure why. They have fresh food and water along with a heatlamp. Im worried about the "sister" she left behind, she seems heartbroken. She wont stop chirping loudly like shes looking for her.

. The two leghorns are picking on her and i just had to clean her bottom bc it was caked in poop and clogged. Right now shes wrapped up and cuddled on my chest and quiet calm and sleeping. Pls help.

if it's related to yeast, you could apply monistat to the area
