worried about my hen

She was born around 1st may so she’d be almost 9 months now
Usually they have their first adult molt their second fall/winter,
but some pullets have a partial molt their first fall/winter.

Not unusual for them to stop laying and act a bit off for a few days while molting.

is it normal for the rest of the flock to bully the one who is molting? My hen used to be the top hen and bossed the others around but now they seem to be sensing something is off and they’ve been pecking her and excluding her from being with them all day I’m a bit worried.

Yes. Hopefully she perks back up soon and meanwhile has a place to get away from any harassment.

it was about 2.5 weeks ago since she last laid an egg. I don’t know if she’s moulting but there are black feathers all over the coop where she sleeps I guess those would be hers because my other 3 hens are all white so it can’t be theirs. I checked for bugs and mites on both legs and her body there was nothing there she seems fine.

It does sound like she's molting.

A molting hen can act a little different and sometimes doesn't feel very well. They can be standoffish. I suppose they may feel prickly and vulnerable with the loss of feathers and all the new pin feathers coming in.
So, yes, sometimes the others will take advantage of the situation and pick on the molting hen.
I don't know how much room/space they have in their coop, but if they are staying inside most of the time because it's so cold, they will get on one anothers nerves.
Provide another feed station or two if possible. To help relieve a bit of boredom, toss a small amount of scratch into their coop bedding so they have to work/scratch about finding goodies (busy hens are less likely to pick on one another). You can hang a cabbage in the coop for them to pick at, apple is a good thing to hang.

Do take time to see if the others are picking/plucking out her new feathers that are coming in. If that's what they are doing, then it would be a good idea to provide all of them with a little extra protein since your feed is 15%protein from what I can gather. Eggs, fish or meat as a treat provides them a boost.

I give my chickens wet cat food (NOT chicken flavour!) from a tin with poultry vitamins mixed in. The protein usually does the trick of perking them up. I give any hens which are moulting cat food to help them through.
I'm in Scotland, so the days are not very long here either (albeit longer than were you are) and my hens didn't want to go out when there was snow.

Hope your hen will be okay (she looks like mine)

um is she supposed to poop like in the picture? She pooped like this yesterday as well. Today her entire tail was wet because of her poop being like that.

It looks like cecal poop, but is there a blood spot on the floor too? Where did that come from?
Can you get a clear photo of how she stands?
She’s sleeping right now but I’ll get a picture of how she stands tomorrow. (Unless you want a picture of how she stands when sleeping because I can get one as well)

The spot I don’t know if it’s blood because it’s a zoomed in picture on wood planks I set up yesterday for extra places to sleep on. The wood planks all have weird red spots on them I don’t know if it’s because of the wood type or something else. But I’m double checking the spot incase it is blood.
