Worried my Wyndotte Pullet isn’t going to make it. Please help.

Can someone please give me advice on what to do for my 6 month old Wyndotte pullet? On Monday she was acting off so I separated her from the flock and brought her inside in a dog crate with food and water with PoultryCell Rooster Booster. I’ve given her scrambled eggs every day as well. She’ll eat a little if I hand feed her, but after a bit it’s like she “zones out”. She acts like she can’t stand up, but she’s not paralyzed - just very weak. She has no balance whatsoever. She’s been somewhat alert until today and I noticed she had waste buildup by her vent. Vent was still clear enough to eliminate, but it breaks my heart to see her like this. As I was cleaning her up I noticed a couple of very tiny mites here and there. Every now and then she will breathe through her mouth. I don’t know if recovery is possible, or if culling is something I need to consider. I won’t give up hope but I don’t want to prolong her suffering. I can’t afford to bring her to a vet or I would have done so already. Thank you in advance. It kills me to see her this way.

Will she stand up if you lift her, and use both legs to walk? Is her tail held up or down? How does her crop feel—empty, full, hard, or puffy/soft? What does her poop look like, and pictures are welcome.

Mites should be treated right away. Permethrin spray or the garden dust is sold and feed stores. Treat her now and again in 7 days. Look her over in 14 days, and possibly treat again to get newly hatched mites. Coop and nest bedding should be removed and empty coop treated.

Does she lie down with one leg back or forward? Get her drinking from a small cup up to her beak, dipping her beak.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have tried standing her up and she seems like she wants to walk, but she just falls right over. She can’t even stand.
Tail is held down. Crop is empty. Poop is so watery, a picture would look like wet pine shavings so there’s not much to show.

Just sprayed her with Elector PSP.

She lays however I set her down, sometimes both legs tucked and sometimes one out. She just took a few sips of her water with the PoultryCell in it and is laying to one side. I can sometimes hear her breathing but I don’t think this has anything to do with respiratory problems.

I’m doubtful it’s coccidiosis but haven’t ruled it out, just because of the watery poo. I got her from a backyard breeder and they were not vaccinated for Mareks, so that thought has crossed my mind also. All others are acting pretty normal though.

I was wondering about Mareks. She is the right age. If it were me, I would throw Corid and possibly an antibiotic at her. Worming might be good as well. The mites can kill also. Has she laid eggs recently? You might check for a stuck egg with a clean or gloved finger.

I haven’t gotten any eggs from her yet so I think that’s unlikely, but I’ll check. I just started Corid since Rooster Booster hasn’t made a difference, I’m thinking it could be a disease instead of deficiency - although I guess mites could deplete her vitamins. I hate how many possibilities it could be.

Since Vitamin B 1 thiamine should not be used with Corid, so it would be best to stop the Poultry Cell while on the Corid.

Thank you to everyone who gave advice. Unfortunately, she passed this evening. While I I am heartbroken, I’m not surprised.
However, now I don’t know what the best course of action is to keep the rest of my flock healthy. I will be spraying them as well as deep cleaning and treating the coop with Elector PSP first thing tomorrow. Not sure if I should dose everyone with Corid to be on the safe side, or if I should be more concerned about vitamin depletion because of the mites. I know you can’t use Corid and vitamin treatments at the same time, so I’m trying to decide between the two. What would you do?
