Worried neighbors want me to clip wings

I can not even imagine Bob, my number two male, not having the means to be able to escape the wrath of Rocky, my number one male. Bob has flown to safety more then once to avoid Rocky's tirades.

I used to clip wings when I worked in a pet shop. The boss taught us the way to train parakeets to stay on our shoulders does wonders on those ones that Never picked up finger training. But one thing happened on those little birds. Even though we trimmed both wings so they could motor along to land the birds almost stopped wanting to fly at all. I stopped doing it after the company changed managers.

just my .02 cents. I hope you can find a way to resolve the problem without clipping wings.
