Here's a closeup of that one again.

How can you tell the dark one looks like a rooster? He/she has been late to get feathers, and is always more skittish than the other two.

First 2 look like pullets and the 3rd is a cockerel.

the black and white ones are female, the reddish brown one is male.

Ya, that looks like another girl. The boy has those red patches on his shoulders and a lot more and redder comb than the girls, the boys also will often get their feathers slower than the girls. He is going to be a pretty color when he gets all his feathers in.
