Laying an egg is usually a good sign. But I'm wondering if it was delayed and maybe she has another coming that was backed up. That can make them feel really bad. Can you check to see if you feel another egg. You can insert a gloved, lubed finger into the vent 1-2 inches and see if you feel anything. If you think that may be the issue then giving some calcium citrate +D once a day can help, it helps with contractions (Citracal or generic equivalent, 400-600 mg). At 7 months she's still a relatively new layer and glitches can happen. Do they have access to oyster shell all the time for calcium? If it's a laying issue then sometimes a warm epsom salt bath can help them relax and pass the egg also. But if it's not that, and she's just sick, a bath is not always a good idea.

In the picture of the dropping, is the yellow material spilled egg or feed? It looks like food. The green is from not eating much. I’m sorry that she is very weak. I would get the calcium into her right away if possible. Tums is okay in an emergency broken in two, and given orally, but calcium citrate tablets are more quickly absorbed. Hold a little cup or scoop of water right up to her beak to swallow. Is she cool enough? If you should lose her, you could either keep her body cold, and take it in the your state vet for a necropsy, or examine the body and organs at home. Sometimes I have been able to look at organs (esp. liver, intestines, spleen, oviduct, presence of yellow abdominal fluid, and contents, and noting any egg matter inside the belly.

Thank you all so much for your advice and support! I drove over an hour to a vet that takes chickens, she was/is dehydrated! They gave her some fluids and antibiotics and tested her poop and it was good! I'll be putting the bully in a dog crate periodically to tell her it isn't allowed.

Set up multiple feed and water stations, some should be out of direct sight and strategic clutter so she can hide. I would dose her with calcium citrate just as a precaution since she's off laying age.

What were the antibiotics for? I'd still give the calcium citrate +D tablets as a precaution as well.
