Worry or not?

My Barred Rock, Poppy is not running as much as usual, doesn't appear to be anything else wrong, eating and drinking, seems fine. Still walking around, can't see anything wrong, I think she just landed funny coming down from the roost this morning. Should I worry? I mean, she is walking around, going on with her life, eating and drinking.

I don't have photos but poop is watery, tannish, she is 4 months old or so, and it isn't extremely hot.

If she's hiding and being picked on she may be suffering from dehydration and not eating.
Take her aside and get some fluids into her.

+1 on making sure she's getting fluids (water or water with electrolytes) in her first.
