Worst Possible Time to have a TEMP SPIKE!!! DAY 20 ONE HAS PIPPED HELP

This is the WORST time to have a temp spike. Today is day 20 and this morning I found a pip.. but you know what else i found out this morning? MY TEMP WAS 103!! it was 98.5 last night!!! this incubator is really beginning to piss me off because this is the first time it's done this.

will they be okay?!?!?!?!?! none are moving and i watched them for about 20 minutes.

3 pips and movement!! I'm not so worried anymore, but the other 2 are still down.

what causes shrink wrapping or sticky chicks? my humidity for incubation was 20% (dry incubation) and for lockdown its between 65 and 80%

Sit on your hands it is going to be okay! Did you adjust the temp down?

yeah, but now it's 95 and i cant get it back up without it going to 103. im surprised i made it through incubation!

turn it a tad no more then wait one hour should bump it a few

PS "a tad" is 1/4 of a rotation

if i move it ONE millimeter it goes to 103... yeah. its a homemade thermostat.... and it's evil
