Unless those chairs are very recently manufactured finding the same fabric will be like looking for a needle somewhere in a 100 acre hay field. Fabrics get manufactured for a certain amount of time and then they bring out a new line some manufactures to between 2 to 4 lines per year. If those chairs are years old your best bet is to get something you like and redo all of them.

Check under the chair, there should be a paper manufacturer's tag. Contact them for replacement fabrics.
