Would these girls be “showable”?

Hey hey! I’ve been interested in showing chickens for awhile and recently I have finally got some reasonable quality pullets that look like they could possibly be shown. However in these photos please keep in mind these girls are still small and still getting some feathers in (Although they have gotten most of them in ).

Photos 1-3
My silkie girl (she is whiter then she looks)
She has got 2 black feathers on her, one on her head and one on her wing.

Photos 4-6
My Buff Orp girl
She has 2 downy like feathers poking out of her tail, also some feathers don’t
zip sometimes but that could be possibly because she’s still getting some in.

Anyway that is all, please critique these girls as much as you can and give me your honest words and advice for them.

I'm not super familiar with the Australian standard for showing but your Buff Orpington appears to be a cockerel He would need to mature a lot more before showing!

I like the Buff Orpington. I'd disagree with the sexing queen. I think it's a pullet. She's much to young to determine whether or not she is show worthy. Post pics again of her at 6-9 months. Orpingtons take a while to fill out.

See if you can get your hand on a copy of our SOP but honestly the best thing you could do is visit a show and look at the birds, the judges and members will be able to provide you with a wealth of knowledge. If you're brave enough take your birds with you, even if they place last you can have the judges show you what you need to improve on.
Also I agree the Orp is a cockarel
