A blue plastic kiddie pool is a lot cheaper and a lot easier to clean.

I use something similar to this for my ducks/geese, not sure if the height is the same though. If they have trouble getting in/out you can add rocks or something to build up some footing for them to be able to. If it's Free, Heck I'd use it too!
