Would YOU do this??

You should probably specify what size you prefer. I read that before I read this, and I personally do not consider runners "huge." Tall, yes. but they max out at about five pounds. Also, do you just want them for the pretty? Or would you like some eggs? Is friendliness preferred? How much are you willing to pay? Do you have any preferred breeds/colors? Do you want a broody breed, or do you not want to have to feed twenty ducklings?

(Note that my ducks are out of season, and I'm just nitpicking.)
Not really a preferred breed I guess. I added a few things :)

If I wanted Call Ducks, I'd buy them. In fact I might buy some next Spring to add some new blood to my flock. Not all Ebay sellers are bad apples. I have hatched beautiful birds from eggs I bought on Ebay. The information people send me with the eggs shows me what kind of establishment it is, and you can ask them questions before you buy. Most sellers are happy to give you information about their birds. If I was in doubt, I would not put them in my incubator, its not worth contaminating / infecting my flock.

I’m REALLY considering buying these... Is it a good deal? I would prefer to buy from a hatchery but I can’t find any with call duck eggs available. Would YOU buy these eggs?

Thank you, you’ve been a great help!
