Wound on my easter egger.

I was in the coop this afternoon and noticed my Easter Egger has this nasty scab near her tail. I don't think there are any other culprits besides my chickens. Any advice on how to treat and take care of it, or if it looks infected or abnormal? Or if it might be something other than a wound?

it shiny because I was dabbing it down with warm water.
