Wound on the neck

We had these baby chicks for 2 weeks now and yesterday we noticed that one of the baby chicks has a wound near its neck, its tail is also red.We recently let them go outside and we also have a baby turkey in the flock. We believe its the baby turkey since it likes to peck at the chicks and we have separated it from the rest. Am not sure though, could be lice or mites but I haven’t seen any. Can someone please give me advice on how to treat the wound, very much appreciated.

You can clean those raw areas with a little saline, then apply a dab of triple antibiotic ointment.
The damage doesn't look too severe, so if tended to daily, I think your chick will heal quickly.
