Hi.
A few days ago I washed my hens poopy butt, and she had this horrible open wound with maggots in it. I have since given her daily salt baths. The maggots appear to be gone, and the wound itself looks much better. I am still bewildered with the wound and not exactly shure what the center part of it is. Looks like some of her innerds, and it was much more graphic when is was "fresh".
Any ideas / guidance on this? She is eating, drinking, talking, etc
