Wounded turkeys neck

My turkey got attacked the other night buy something. Her neck is bloody and she keeps it down but can sometimes bring it up on her own.. I put antibiotics in her water and gave it to her through a syringe. She's very tired and stands. She does not seem to want anything to drink or eat.Could she have a broken neck?

I had owls, or other raptor, do that to my turkeys.

I doubt it's broken. Probably has puncture wounds.
