I have 43! Yikes. 17 that are 20 weeks and older......4 that are right around 8 weeks old....22 that are 5 weeks old.

But then I talk about getting rid of the red rooster. That makes 16. And selling my Andalusian flock. That makes 11. But I'm keeping the 4 "middle" aged ones. That makes 15. And the 3 baby brahmas. 18. And Considering keeping all the pullets and 1 cockerel from the babies. That will be at least 7. Back to 25.

Argh! It's a sickness, darn it. LOL

I made that MISTAKE a few weeks ago came up with 174 but then we hatched a bunch and sold a few so once again no idea but in the ballpark of 200..sure doesn't look like it..great thing about chickens is they are small

and we have land for them

Yeah, we sold 11, and came home with 15..... something happened somewhere in between.

I have fifteen chickens at the moment. Not a lot. My flock will be growing after we move though!
