Wow. It's cold, but the sun is shining!

It's coming down like crazy out there.

WOW that looks scary. I remember sometimes during "monsoon" season that the roads would flood in a matter of moments because there was not storm drains like what we have here.

It hit us HARD and tomorrow is supposed to be worse. Tornados on the coast!!!

Wait until Thursday! I heard tonights snow level is around 3500-4000 and Thursday-Friday is suppose to be even stronger. Not sure of the snow level for then, but words already going around the office that we may be taken a day off (or working from home) if the pass gets closed! The wind too!

DH already had to brace our back fence and front/side fence and it snapped one of our Eucalyptus tree tops off! The tree is now about 5 feet shorter! David said he heard on the news that a brief tornado flipped a car over in OC too!

We had tornado warnings where I live! The wind and rain was insane. I am worried about my birds staying dry since the rain has been blowing sideways.

So is New Mexico going to just get a load of snow or something?

Yes it did!!! Flipped the car, blew out the windows, trees went down, several homes lost windows and some lawn chair were shredded. And people are freaked by earthquakes????? I'll keep those any day! I wonder if I will be able to get out tomorrow - we are at 4000 feet.

I so wish I hadn't planted my garden on Friday. Oh well.

We haven't had a soaking rain like this in a LONG time.

Take it back, Mahroni! Your garden is LOVING this! Unless, it has washed away...

It's a raised bed surrounded by block so it won't wash away but it will be water logged.
