MY BIL is driving down from SLC tomorrow... I should have told him to drive through Vegas. He'll probably need chains in Flag.

This morning, the weather man says Phoenix will get 3" to 6" of rain in 24 hours! We don't get that in 6 months! That's more than we've gotten in some years here... on top of the 2" we've already gotten this week.
