Wrap?

I have a 2 or 3 week old polish and I have no idea what happened but his leg or tendon or something is injured

He can walk but he trys not to and nothing looks broken. Can anyone desribe how and post pics of how to rap his leg since he is so tiny? Also what do I use? Vet rap in strips or what???

How long has it been this way? It could be just sprained.
